Exclusivity rules.

🔴How to order an exclusive room?

Simply contact me on Discord

. in a private message, and tell me what you want.

An object, a club, an apartment, a house, a theme, your favorite colors, or Google photos that can guide me on your tastes and inspire me for your room.

I will then tell you if I am qualified for your order. If not, I will direct you to one of my 3dxbuilder partners.

🔴The price

I will give you an estimate of the price before starting to build.

To do this, I base myself on the complexity of the construction and an estimate of the time needed to develop your project.

Please note: An exclusive room costs three times more than a room in a store!

Any additional modification will be billed to you. This is working time not included in the quote.

I do not ask for a deposit, but you will have to pay for the room within a maximum of 15 days once it is finished, otherwise you will lose your exclusivity.

The file will be sent to you when you have made the payment.

Payment is made on Gumroad and the price is excluding taxes, specific to each country.

🔴Progress

You will follow the construction in real time, by photos or during your visits, because I will keep you informed of its progress.

🔴Conditions of sale

The room cannot be resold under any circumstances! Neither by you nor by me. It is a mutual commitment.

If I were informed or if I found the room for sale, you would lose all exclusivity and I would immediately put it in store.

So be careful if you offer the room to a third party.

You have committed to me on this project. So if you abandon it in progress, I will no longer agree to work for you.

Time wasters, as well as resales, will result in a blacklisting for me, as well as for my 3dxbuilder partners.

🔴Refund

No refund will be possible because the room will have been validated by you before your payment.
